SMART Academy
We call our in-person studio SMART Academy.
You can't have a studio… without a studio, right? Ours is located in the heart of Santa Ana's historic art district, in the prime corner location of the historic Santora Building. Built in 1928, in the '30s and 40's the tea room underneath our current studio attracted the likes of Jack Benny, Milton Berle, Gracie Allen, George Burns, and Lucille Ball. Now, it's home to a new renaissance of food and art, with dozens of Orange County's finest restaurants within walking distance.
Finding the SMART Academy
Orange County's best music lessons are located in north-central Orange County, near the intersections of the 5 freeway, the 55 freeway, and the 22 freeway. We are just 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles, 45 minutes from LAX, 15 minutes from SNA (John Wayne Airport), and 1.5 hours from San Diego. Our address is:

We are on the second floor, in the front-right corner of the building. There is elevator access (enter the building, look for the first hallway to the right).
Parking for your Voice Lesson
UNDER 2 HOURS
Metered street parking is available for parking under 2 hours in front of 207 N. Broadway, and on Broadway & 3rd. You'll see our building, surrounded by C4 Deli, Gypsy Den, and Chapter One. There are almost always spaces available during the morning and afternoon. Meters accept quarters and credit card ($1.50 for 2 hours). Meters are not enforced past 8:00pm and on Sundays.
Important: You must actually move your car (not refill your meter) after 2 hours as the meters will not accept further payment. They will, in fact, eat your coins and give you no time.
OVER 2 HOURS
There are several nearby locations to park over 2 hours, two of which are very close: an outdoor lot behind Chapter One and the parking structure on Broadway & 3rd. The parking structure is cheaper but slightly less convenient—both are a 2-minute walk from our building. The parking structure takes Credit/Debit cards while the outdoor lot only takes cash.
Outdoor lot: From $3 to $7 (time-based, negotiable) cash only to attendant. Located off 3rd & Broadway on the right, behind Chapter One.
Structure: From $1 to $7 hourly; $7 maximum with cash or card. Located off 3rd & Broadway on the left, across the street from Chapter One.
